Chesapeake staging did an amazing job! It was such a smooth easy process done mainly online. Our house was under contract in just 2 weeks! I know staging played a huge part of accenting our homes and leading to a quick sale.
We used Chesapeake Staging & Interiors to stage several rooms in our house before listing it for sale. In a matter of hours, they transformed the rooms, and the house looked like a model home. We got the 3 room package, and they also included the bathrooms and kitchen. The listing photos were gorgeous, the house showed beautifully, and our house sold in a day! I reached out to CS with a tight timeline for staging my listing and they came out to give me a quote, put us on the schedule tentatively (before we even officially booked them) to hold our spot and beautifully staged my client's home. He could not believe how amazing they made his home look. We've gotten so much great feedback from our pictures and people who visited my listing and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend! I had a terrible experience with the owner Kera who was condescending, rude and disrespectful. I initially called and spoke with Shelby who was extremely helpful ( apparently misinformed) but she was kind. However , Kera was rude from the onset . She answered the phone by saying that she is closed and she only answered because she has time . ( Not the potential customers problem ) .
