Unprofessional, incompetent, unhelpful. If you have ANY choice in using another title company in PA, I would strongly recommend it. I decided not to purchase a second home in PA, partially b/c of the experiences I had with the closing process through Chesapeake. It was the worst closing experience I have ever had.

Unprofessional staff sending out abrasive emails. At closing and overweight associate continued the unprofessionalism and abrasiveness. Told an associate that I wanted to pick a check up then was told the check was mailed.
