Carlo and his team were professional and communicated well throughout the project. I’d recommend them to others looking for a reliable roofer.
We hired them to fix a leak in our roof, and they charged us a hefty fee for what they claimed was a permanent solution. Two weeks later, the same leak was back, worse than before. They haven’t returned my calls or emails since. Completely unresponsive and unreliable.
They started the roofing job and then disappeared for days at a time. Communication was horrible throughout the process. In the end, they left flashing unfinished and didn't even clean up the debris. I had to hire another company to finish the work. Totally unacceptable.
