This Urgent Care is top tier. From the receptionist checking you in, to the Nurses to the Practitioner. Hope was my Practitioner and Jessica was my Nurse. They both listened with compassion. And are top notch. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
The PA prescribed my daughter double the amount of antibiotics per day than what should have been sent in. Luckily I was able to research and get a call back with them confirming the mistake. They also sent in a less concentrated formula so my daughter has to take more liquid than necessary, had they sent in a higher mg/l dosage like a typical pediatrician would. I would not ever come here again, and especially don’t bring children. Really frustrating getting it all figured out.
Added one star for the speedy service and the kindness of the staff. However, the advisement I received was not good. I was told (very confidently) that I only had a meniscus tear and should try to walk on my leg and he would not prescribe an mri. A few days later, after seeing ortho and finally getting an MRI, confirmed I had completely torn my ACL and my meniscus in several places. So, maybe don’t go here for joint stuff. Reception and xray were phenomenal though.
