yeahhhh this hospital aint it... from the moment i stepped foot inside i was instantly turned off by the rude behavior. one nurse in particular that works the night shift and takes vitals at the front desk was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING. she had a nasty attitude the entire time and lacked basic empathy. i watched as she completely dismissed and berate a patient that was simply asking for help. i am disgusted and uncomfortable by the behavior exhibited by that nurse. the fact that my complaint isn't even about my visit but someone... read more
Came into the er at 3 am. Was at urgent care earlier in the day with bad nerve pain. Pain grew to excruciating and finally at 3am with no sleep i went to the er. After ruling out heart and stroke they basically couldn't get me out of the facility fast enough. They did not appear busy. I thought the staff was mostly kind, but towards the end of my visit i could hear (room was across from nurses station) the nurse and PA making fun of me and why i came in at all, very loudly and joking about my concerns. Sent by ambulance after having a seizure. Dr Shu was condescending, inaccurate, and BEYOND rude. The fact that I had a seizure and the CT scan showed a large brain mass; she was actually yelling at me for throwing up. The seizure and brain mass did not matter to her. I cannot believe she's a licensed doctor. I pray I never have to go back to this ER. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Worst emergency room experience we have ever experienced. Wife was crying out in pain and they pushed us in a corner in the waiting room for two hours. The check in nurses had zero compassion or communication. If you love your loved ones please do not take them here.
