Get directionsNEVER GO HERE. My 16 year old daughter came in doubled over with lower right quadrant pain, classic appendicitis symptoms. They sat her in a hallway across from a guy bleeding everywhere and a woman vomiting on my shoes. Four hours. Never got a room. Then they told us they aren’t equipped to treat a child and we needed to go to CHKD. She’s 16. You couldn’t have told us that before we sat in a hallway for four hours? It gets worse. Called multiple times after to get a bill. Confirmed my address, my phone number. Nothing. Sept... read more

I will never go back because they are lazy and don't care about the ER patients. They pick and choose who they think is easiest to handle and disregard those who are surely in pain.

I was sent to the ER by a doctor at Patient First with specific medical concerns and written notes because the two systems cannot see each other’s records. After waiting five hours, the PA dismissed my concerns and didn’t even review the notes the doctor sent with me. After an X-ray and hours of waiting, she said she didn’t know what the issue was and sent me home. Just dismissed any of my concerns like I was a child. A different doctor later reviewed the situation ... read more
