I came here January 16th I had fallen and hurt my arm pretty bad. I debated writing this post because I was so angry and I didn't wanna just say horrible things. The Dr's I dealt with here are incompetent beyond belief. The x-ray technician was amazing though. But the Dr's said i only had a dislocated elbow, I asked a million times if it was broken which i knew it was because a broken bone is a very specific type of pain. Regardless they absolutely manhandled me and screwed my arm up even worse to the point I needed surgery.... read more

THIS HOSPITAL HAS TREMENDOUSLY BECAME WORSE THEN MARYVIEW HOSPITAL. The PA staff name “abcede” attitude and ethic of work is very questionable. She is not friendly and not concerned about her patients. They don’t check up on you to see if you are even cold or thirsty. I was left in the room for hours on top of she asks questions and says your results out loud without the door being closed. I would never come back to have her as a provider… She turns her back on your while your talking and doesn’t quite listen to understand. ... read more

I feel bad for the very caring triage staff in the waiting room of this emergency department. On a day that was not very busy, we waited in the waiting room for more than 2 1/2 hours before we left frustrated seeking other care. Our frustration was clearly shared by the other people that were waiting to be seen. As a physician licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, I understand the triage process, and that there were likely some higher order patients coming in via ambulance that we could not see.
