Dr Patel was great. Everything at the office was great. Getting a prescription or supplies that were prescribed is horrible. I was there over a month ago, and still have no bi-pap or daily inhaler. I have called the office 4 times, still no results.

If you need anything as a pulmonary patient may God have mercy on you because this office will not.Dr Ahmad told me in June that he was going to refer me to pulmonary rehab. It is now the first week of August and they FINALLY got the order to the proper individual. At the same time , I need new order to my oxygen provider in order to get a portable concentrator. Trying to get that done has been epic. I call every day for theover a week . Everyday I am told they have sent the order. Oxygen company hasn't gotten it.
