It took the administrative staff over 3 weeks to return my calls/ find an answer to my question and respond to my request for an appointment for my child. For the past 3 months I have not been able to speak to a "real" person about an appointment and have been required to leave a message. Failure of administrative staff to respond to messages within 24 hours makes me aware that the safety of their patients is not being attnended to.
