Chesapeake Property Management (CPM) is the BEST company I have ever interacted with. I own multiple properties in different states, and CPM is worth their weight in gold. I am also retired Navy so to all the service men and women out there who deploy or relocate, you can put all your trust in this company. They work like a well-oiled machine, and are so responsive, professional, polite, courteous and helpful. Their process is so amazing. I do not have one worry with CPM. I am thankful to have CPM managing my property.
They have quickly and expertly resolved any issues that are brought up by tenants or landlords. With an extensive network of craftsman, the work they coordinate gets done with excellent first time quality. They get the units rented and making money with appropriate levels of tenant screening.
CPM provides peace of mind that my tenant and property is taken care of. They make owning a rental property almost effortless.
Been using the service for about 6 months now. So far I love the approach and convenience of having them do the day to day work of managing our property.
