The Chesapeake team is great. I usually don't write reviews but the team is amazing. They handle everything, keep in contact with you, and make the rental process easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free experience.
Certain people in the company dont communicate well via email for updates and charge for property damage that wasn't clear or specificied in the first walkthrough (no communication at all for after lease was up and secondary walkthrough for damage.)
We have been working with Chesapeake Property Management to manage our rental property for two years and only have good things to say. They are professional, helpful, and courteous. They have been very communicative throughout the process and are patient with our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them!
