we've had nothing but problems with these apartments. most recently, our apartment flooded in mother's day morning while we were asleep. the water main burst in our wall, and I awoke to water gushing out, and an inch and a half of water on the floor. the manager Mary told us that if we wanted a hotel room to stay in then we would have to go through our insurance, and submit a reimbursement claim later. now my spouse can't work because of the noise and work being done in our apartment. it smells bad. really bad. my spouse has... read more
