We had an excellent experience with Celestino! He helped us remove a wasp nest that was forming on our balcony and also fixed a water leak from our kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, efficient, and thorough in his work. Both issues were taken care of quickly, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I had an excellent experience working with Celestino! He is incredibly helpful everytime there are stuff in the apartment that has to be taken cared of. Not only was him very professional and knowledgeable, but he also provides insights on how to avoid issues to recur. He keeps the work area tidy like making sure he wears a foot cover and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and easy to work with.

We've lived in this community for 6 weeks and it's a great place to call home. The maintenance staff, especially Celestino, are top notch. He fixes stuff very quickly and if he can't, calls the processionals who can. The office is very responsive, too. I recommend touring to see if it's the right place for you!
