I would like to highly recommend Celestine for their excellent service. They came to fix my outlets and ice maker quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the result!
Great move in experience. I had to put in maintenance requests when I first moved in and they were all handled very quickly (thank you Celestino). Jessica was also super helpful throughout the whole move in process.

I moved in end of Dec 2025 and I only have good things to say about this community and the people working here. They are extremely friendly and nice. Our repair requests are answered very fast. If we have any issues with any of the neighbors, they are ready to listen and try to solve the issues. I had close interaction with Jessica from the front desk and she is great! Really happy with our experience at Chesapeake Point Apartments so far. Celestino (maintenance) has been outstanding — quick to respond, thorough with repairs, and genuinely friendly. The kind of person who actually takes pride in his work, and it shows. Also want to give a shout-out to Jessica at the leasing office, who's been helpful and responsive whenever we've needed anything. Solid place to live, made better by great people on staff.
