The guy from maintenance was very fast and efficient
Excellent experience with Celestino ,our apartment maintenance today . Had an issue with washing machine and it was replaced sooner than expected. Celestino is always reliable in making sure he takes care of service requests & always with smile on his face
Really like this place other than 1. Not a " Gated community as advertised. To me and I guess I'm wrong is only residents have access to the property with the exception of guests allowed via a residents approval. Not here anyone can drive in. 2.Parking I pay $75xtra a month yet people who dont even live here just wait for a resident to come in the gate and drive in right behind them and park their car in " Red Zones all night and which reall pisses me off they park and I'm not even BS'ing for a couple weeks 2 a months. Great location with amazing views, nice quiet community, and great service. The support team is always very helpful. Celestino from maintenance, and Anna from the office, are always very helpful.
