Parking situation is horrible, management is greedy and has no visitors parking, instead offer all parking spots for a monthly fee. Visitors park at tenants slots, and tenants keep searching for street parking at night.
Had frustrating, too much time and energy consumed experience with Chesapeake Point application team. 2 star because our tour was great with Jessica: she answered to all my questions regarding thin walls, loud neighbors and their on-going problems with other people taking paid reserved parking stops.
