Had frustrating, too much time and energy consumed experience with Chesapeake Point application team. 2 star because our tour was great with Jessica: she answered to all my questions regarding thin walls, loud neighbors and their on-going problems with other people taking paid reserved parking stops. Jessica at the leasing office and the maintenance team are very professional. The community is well maintained and has great views.
