Really happy with our experience at Chesapeake Point Apartments so far. Celestino (maintenance) has been outstanding — quick to respond, thorough with repairs, and genuinely friendly. The kind of person who actually takes pride in his work, and it shows. Also want to give a shout-out to Jessica at the leasing office, who's been helpful and responsive whenever we've needed anything. Solid place to live, made better by great people on staff.
Jessica (management) and Celestino (maintenance) have been super responsive, friendly and helpful consistently throughout our time here so far. We've had a few issues in our home which Celestino has handled promptly and professionally, communicating with vendors if neccesary to make sure things are done. The place is home. The maintenance staff is amazing, especially celestino. always goes the extra mile and makes sure that every job is handled effectively and to our satisfaction. Never a blip!
