I took my son to this location 3 months ago to see Dr. Kagan. He proceeded to not listen to us. He was rude. When we brought up the fact that my son was allergic to antibiotics. He quickly dismissed us and said he's not allergic to these. Actually, He was allergic and we had just spent hours at CHKD Urgent care a month prior to this for the exact same prescription. This is my kids primary pediatrics but I’m considering elsewhere. You can never get a hold of someone for prescription refills. It’s always by voicemail which makes it extremely hard to find out whether or not they filled it. The staff is NOT kid friendly. I brought my son in for a sick visit and demonstrated he is autistic. They were very frustrated and had no patience from the very beginning and then charged me an outrageous lab fee for a COVID test! I had no idea the bill was even out there. Never received it in mail. Very kind staff, especially Nurse Elizabeth and Dr. Holtz!!! My daughter doesn't enjoy the doctors office, but when she had the chance to meet these two ladies she quickly got out of her shell and showed them her big smiley personality.
