The front desk receptionist with the glasses was rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. I’m second guessing going back because idk if I can take any more of that next time might not go so well . I’m literally going through post partum as we speak and I might jump right through that window next time without even thinking about consequences. Especially when dealing with my first child 3 days after her birth I shouldn’t have to worry about rude customer service at a pediatrics office! Just unacceptable and disgust... read more

The staff was decent.
I took my daughter here after her birth, first week or so there was good, they admitted her when her weight dropped too low and since then I've felt nothing but dismissed and brushed off. took her in to check for an ear infection and torticollis and the doctor "looked" in her ear for .5 seconds. didn't even actually look just put the scope in and concluded no infection (she grabs her head and screams) then turned her head for her and said there was no torticollis. (she turned out to actually have it) she now has a nasty coug... read more
My family has been going to this practice for 8+ years. We moved to the oceanfront but still make the drive because we love the providers.
