Great experience as a first time buyer. I had browsed the store once before and they have a pretty good stock of firearms, accessories and cleaning supplies. The staff was more than friendly and I would definitely recommend giving them a visit if you’re in the market for purchasing a firearm, new or used. Overall, amazing experience.

I made my first visit to Chesapeake Pawn and Gun in Chesapeake today. What an awesome gun store. They have a decent selection of new firearms and, a good stock of accessories. I was fortunate to be greeted by Kristin. I had questions about the firearm transfer process through an FFL. Kristin was very helpful with answering my questions and very knowledgeable in firearms, including the particular handgun I have an interest in. I had some work done by the gunsmith at Chesapeake Pawn and Gun. After it would not function properly. I took it back and told him what the issue was. He told me he took it apart and reassembled it and it worked fine. He didn't shoot it prior to working on it so he didn't know if it was malfunctioning or not. He told me that he wanted to shoot it with the ammo I used and said he had some. He said 3 different times he was going to do this but he didn't.
