Okay I had an appointment in October and was told to bring a Covid 19 negative test. Did so today on November 18 and was still told no go in their office. The complaint would be that they don't give up front pricing, and couldn't get the prescription filled because not an accredited doctor.

In response to present and future patients, our COVID 19 policies are strict and are not up to negotiation. Our goal everyday is to safely care for patients and never do any harm. If a COVID 19 test is requested by the office it will be expected that the results are current and properly identify you with name, date of birth, date test was administered and date results were reported.
