RecommendedBeen there WAY too many times in the last few months and have had OUT-STANDING attention and service from the door and back to the door. I couldn't be happier with their care and attention to detail. Had anxiety about the MRI Tunnel and couldn't have been more wrong about it. Caring tech was amazing and kept me calm and smooth through the process. This place is wonderful and I am Thankful they have been there for me.
Recommendedthe staff is amazing, no matter which center you go to. the billing department is amazing and understanding when people are suffering from medical complications and need help with their bills. Everyone you speak to is sympathetic to your needs and understands the patient is always first.

RecommendedI’ve had several great experiences with CMI. I needed an MRI and several sonograms for a knee injury and they have always got me in super quick and turned around the results of the images to me and my doctor very quickly. I’ve gotten to know the team at CMI fairly well and they are a class organization with great docs and support staff.
Chespaeake Medical Imaging is a joke. Their staff are incompetent. I was quoted one price for an MRI that I needed as a result of a car accident. Told them AT THE TIME I CALLED that I was going through PIP and asked for the estimated price. Was given a price of $1779. The price they charged my PIP, however, was double that. I'll be filing complaints with the appropriate agencies regarding this fraud. Would not recommend.
was told my reports would be on patient portal in 48 hrs they were not. called office said they would be there by the end of day they were not. 3 days later still not there.
