Nice complex, it's usually quiet but every now and again, you hear a domestic squabble. When I visit my girlfriend my vehicle is safe and there is plenty of free visitor parking. The 3/5 rating is for the apartment. My girlfriend has been dealing with a mouse infestation in her building and I have seen a couple myself so until they get that under control, I wouldn't recommend.
Throughout this process I was assisted by Lisa Caldwell. She was very nice, transparent and made the moving process as simple as possible. The apartment itself is a descent size; Coming with a in Home washer and dryer and a descent size balcony. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and I love it. I've been here a month and have had 0 issues thus far.

Update/ 12/15- I appreciate Lisa giving me a call today and providing me with the information that was needed. I’m only giving a 2 star rating because I have to in order to leave a review. Myself and my boyfriend have been calling the main number and 800# for over a week and no one ever answers-it immediately goes to the voice recording. How am I supposed to ask questions or schedule a tour? The option to send an email and request information I’ve already completed and still nothing.
Jan 6th 2023 I applied for this complex online. I would say was not a good experience. I have been wanting so long to move over here and I thought I was going to finally be able to well NOPE they do not communicate if you been approved or not a Ms Lisa was emailing about documents that I know I loaded up online but I sent them over anyway on 1/10/23 then on 1/13/23 a email was sent stating she needed a clear copy of my ID sent that still ain’t heard anything now fast forward to today 2/6/23 I get a call saying nothing is ava... read more
