My experience with having my sprinkler heads replaced was not good to say the least. I gave my access code for access because I was unable to be there being given short notice by the community manager. I live out of state. When I returned I found furniture that had been moved not put back, my outside access doors to my water heater, AC unit etc were left wide open exposed to the elements, carpet looking dirty in spots, taking liberties unbecoming of a company, overall a very unprofessional manner. Very disappointed.
My experience scheduled plumber to come out and quote installing a shut off. Was told by the dispatcher when I scheduled that the plumber who came out would quote us and if agreed they would do the work then, plumber came looked at what had to be done said we would be sent a quote, said he didn't have the time or material to do the job. Not what I was told by the person I scheduled with
