Both the service operator Veronika and Matt Reed the technician gave fantastic costumer service. Matt expressed a desire to find the problem and try to fix it as quickly as possible. Gave me great advice and suggestions. Overall a good job.

We woke up early yesterday morning to a beeping sound in our crawlspace. Water was spilling into the pan beneath our HVAC system, which triggered the water sensor. We called Chesapeake Home Services, and Chris arrived at our place just two hours later. He figured out the problem right away—a clogged check valve in our discharge pump—and got everything running again quickly. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend Chesapeake Home services! Our AC went out suddenly one evening and I sent a message on the contact form and they came out within a day. They could’ve come out earlier but it would’ve been more expensive but I loved how the assistant explained to me all of the options. Similarly, Chris C was just as thorough with the AC analysis. Chris did a great job- even found a battery that needed to be replaced!!!
