My technician Dillon arrived within 30-40 minutes of my block time appointment. Dillon quickly got to work checking the heat pump in the attic and the furnace in the garage. While in the attic, he noticed one area where it was dripping. He checked the remainder of the attic and stated that there was only one problem area. As for the heating system itself, all is well. My family and I will be able to stay warm and comfortable this upcoming winter.
