Incompetent Staff. Please make this your last choice. They send wrong referrals. Cant retrieve documents when needed . Everyone is just so out of it when asking questions . My son's ABA had to wait for a callback after like 3 days . Id love to say their busy but doing what . You walk in the in a huddle . The lights are never on as if they are always out to lunch . It blows my mind that you call and the phone rings until you HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. You don't get a return call after leaving said message. I actually walked in there to see if I could get some help with the issue and low and behold there are 5 people sitting right there 🤷♀️
This Rating really is for Dr.Cooper! He takes his time, addresses any concerns and follows through with referrals! The wait at this office is at LEAST an hour and most receptionist have nasty attitudes. A friendlier staff and quicker response time would certainly benefit and match the service Dr.Cooper provides.
Made a sick appointment for my one year old. After an hour, we still hadn’t been seen but we needed to leave. That is no way to treat patients, especially sick ones. Absolutely do not recommend this office.
