On the 12th of this month I came to this office with my son. Dr Lillian was great! She helped my son and made him feel comfortable!
It blows my mind that you call and the phone rings until you HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. You don't get a return call after leaving said message. I actually walked in there to see if I could get some help with the issue and low and behold there are 5 people sitting right there 🤷♀️
If your appt at 3 you not seeing a doctor til 4 it's sad. Which if your child not really sick . Home remedies will definitely do. I mean toddlers are ansy it makes you want to just leave frl. It just don't make sense. I'll be probably changing health care providers the beginning of the year.
Dr Cooper is amazing!!!
NP Lillian is great, even if she doesn’t agree with you- she doesn’t fight you about it like the other doctors do. Which is appreciated. BUT the person who administers vaccines INSISTED I lay my child down on the table so she can inject her. I told her no I will HOLD her to comfort her. She said they don’t let parent hold. If you go to the CDC website you can see that they RECOMMEND parents hold their children while vaccinating.
