Horrible service they don’t give a flying hell about their patients I’m so livid I literally was having a panic attack looking for office in parking lot the building are not properly labeled the front desk woman or whoever answers the phone gives me no directions I told her I walked around whole complex went in to building confused all she said was we are in first building like how many first buildings by what entrance are you talking about I couldn’t believe how she didn’t care not even a little to help me get to the office... read more
Ive been going here for a year and I have had no issues with staff or therapists. Everyone is very professional and welcoming! I highly recommend.
I see Sydney bi-weekly for mental health therapy, and I highly recommend her. She is kind, helpful, and smart. If you need a therapist that genuinely cares, then you would love Sydney!
Horrible communication between the therapists and staff, weird policies and over all rookie vibe among the entire organization. I was discharged from my therapist due to a rescheduling. Management then told me I might need an alternative therapist assigned. This is after seeing Jason for years and becoming friends with him.
