This place is absolutely rude and unprofessional. The interaction I had over the phone with Tina today in regards to my father was inappropriate and shockingly rude. Healthcare environments should reflect compassion, professionalism, & respect for patients and their families. Please do a better job when hiring to ensure that those at the front desk have the capacity to respectfully engage patients and their family members. The staff is very rude. And the adult medicine dr I seen she acted like she wasn’t even happy to be there and very dismissive.
