I saw OB/GYN Dr. Liu and it was the worst series of doctors appointments I have ever had. She was rude, dismissive, aggressive and demeaning before and during my procedure which by it's nature - is vulnerable and uncomfortable. It was confusing to be treated with so much aggression and hostility the first time you meet a doctor despite how compliant or agreeable you try to be. Friendly staff and make you feel comfortable! They do the best they can, like most health facilities they are always busy wait time is never abnormally long!
