My shifter broke the on way to Delaware Sunday afternoon, I called the service department they said bring it in, got there in and out in about half hour, thanks I was back on road, good job
Bought our First Trike from Chesapeake awesome to have a new family,already have used the service dept Arron and Allison do a fantastic job my service Tech Shannon came out when I picked it up to go over what was done on the trike.Everybody goes out of there way.Keep up the great customer satisfaction
Everyone is very helpful. Stopped in yesterday picked up some more stickers for my helmet
I'd give them zero stars if facebook let me. Very poor customer service. They return bikes filthy from road and shop debris. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
