I wanted to take a second to thank Joe, Pete, and Grace for a wonderful sales experience on my purchase of my 2019 RGS. Great price on the bike and fair trade value. Staff in all departments are very friendly and eager to help or answer any questions. Everything was well organized and seamless from start to finish. I traveled all the way from Massachusetts for my bike.

After being stranded on 95 in Deleware, Eisenhauer's Chesapeake HD sent Steve to pick up my bike. After Steve put my bike in the trailer, he offered to put my brothers bike in the trailer as well so he did not have to ride in the rain. That was a very kind gesture. On the drive to the shop Steve was uncertain to how quickly they could get to my bike due to the recent shipment of 2020 HDs and various auction bikes.
