Absolutely a joke of a business. I sent in 2 checks to pay my bill, they didnt accept and sent me to collections. This after his failing business wanted to do surgery when it wasn't needed.
RecommendedGreat experience! I was given a same day appointment, which is usually unheard of for a specialist. Dr. Fink, his wife and the office staff made me feel so comfortable.... it was like chatting with friends, instead of visiting a doctor. I definitely recommend Family Foot and Ankle Care!
The service is always outstanding!
I had treatment with 2 other doctors without relief from severe pain and I need a MRI while one of the Doctors did not properly summit my pre authorization for the MRI, was declined!! Dr. Fink now has to fight with my health insurance company so I can move forward with treatment. I should have found him first and saved me a lot of grief, I cannot take this pain much longer.
The clinic was clean, the staff were wonderful. I have had a recurring ingrown toenail on my big toe and needed to have the sides of the nail removed permanently. Doctor Fink and staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and I enjoyed talking with the Doctor during the procedure which took my mind off of what he was doing.
