I have communicated via mail ,telephone and internet since 2010 when my mother passed to get the checks sent to me, I sent documentation of her death in 2010 and 2011 when they said they had no records of it. I have bee dealing with dormant accounts this year and once again sent documentation,only reply is we will contact you within two weeks sent (4)weeks ago great consumer relations,maybe I need to talk to Oklahoma officials about my money;

Once again the thieves of Chesapeake have stolen our money. This month they took 53 percent of the gross from our royalty payments. This is a breach of contract according to the terms of our lease. The attorney general's office is supposed to be working on this but no action so far. Is there anyone working for Chk who has any morals. Are you all a bunch of crooks. We are not rich people and cannot afford a herd of lawyers to go up against CHK. Hey people without the land owners you would have nothing.
They will rob you blind! Do not sign with this company if your smart.
This is one of the most disorganized companies I have encountered. They can not identify my properties. This has been a complete run around. If they can't identify my properties where is my money going?.
