Chesapeake Energy Corp had a phone center constantly calling to get a proxy vote. When told, finally, that we vote AGAINST everything proposed by the board, the call center caller confirmed, all against, and hung up. We then received confirmation of our vote in the mail, all FOR every proposal. SCAM #SEC #SECscam
