I’m not sure which receptionist I spoke with on the phone to try and schedule a route canal but I will not be using this practice for my procedure. I called this morning 7/12/23 around 930am to schedule a route canal while on my break from work. The receptionist immediately started rapid firing questions at me and sounded frustrated with me when I couldn’t understand what she was asking. Dr. Hariri was wonderful. So professional and had a lovely bedside manner. All the staff were so kind and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.
Very little pain in chair. Route canal.
Being in the industry of customer service it is always appreciated when you see others holding such an elevated expectation for themselves.....not to mention, to deliver this customer experience level when getting a root canal. Great job and I will always recommend your business, Thank You!
INCREDIBLE STAFF!! I felt so at home and comfortable with each person I came into contact with at this office. From the time of making the appointment with Joe (Joe was kind enough to allow me to schedule a 2nd root canal in the same day), getting my X-ray taken by Andrew, sitting with Debbie the Dental assistant/hygienist prepping for my procedure.
