The office staff is always the downfall of doctor’s offices. I made an appointment months in advance and a day before the appointment they call me and tell me that they no longer take insurance so whoever I spoke to we agreed to cancel the appointment. They send me a bill for $100. It’s not the money it’s the principal. I called the office and spoke to a woman who already had an attitude before I said anything. 🚩 She proceeds to say they have a policy for no shows and I had not called the office.
