a lot of dog poop around the area and even in people’s patios. It smells really bad. They need to have residents do upkeep better.

I usually don't leave comments but this is just very upsetting. I moved out of this property on March 9th after giving proper written notice in January — well within the required notice period. After moving out, I was contacted about a remaining balance of $2,489, which they claim is rent owed through March 23rd. My monthly rent was $1,715, so this number doesn't even add up. Throughout the years being at these apartments there’s been ups and downs. We’ve had some issues that weren’t always solved right, but every experience with David Cannon was beyond great. He always answered right away and always handled every issue with good energy and a smile. Thank you David you’re a true blessing

They don't care about their residents. They only care about getting your rent money every month. Several bad experiences.

Go to yelp for the real reviews. They allow dogs to poop on the porches and don’t make the residents pick up after it despite people living above and around them. Ants sometimes are a problem but it’s probably from the disgusting neighbors who never let their dogs outside to touch grass.
