She made my entire application and move-in process so smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. I was honestly impressed with how quickly she handled everything. Final straw. These people unlawfully entered into our apartment. They claim that one of the managers, Andrea, somehow wrote the apartment number wrong (first off how?) on a piece of paper, which then allowed for pest control to come and spray In our premise. We have cats with asthma and this apartment complex allowed for poison to be sprayed. The only person who really cared to listen was David I believe. I am having an amazing experience living at Chesapeake Commons. I went to the office to renew my lease and Ruby was extremely empathetic and helped me renew my lease. David, who also works in the leasing office is a gentleman anytime we go in. Andrea is also someone that helped us decide to stay in this apartment rather than moving out. Basically, all the people in the leasing office that I have encountered have been very empathetic and helpful. The apartment claim to care about you but they turn around and act like your the problem when it's not. Always true.
HI one day I came to see the apartments, I was impressed, how beautiful &clean they are the complex is amazing, there a gym, 2pools tenis court,&other amenities, there a washer &dry in every apt, unit, really nice,office personal,are very nice &ready to help you. I give this place AAA 5 🤩
