Beware, they never honor any specials listed on the site when you are new renter. Also when i was handed the unit it was full of dust and i need to put close to 20 maintance request and it was not a pleasant movein experience . In fact the worst i ever had . They are mostly Money monger, they are looking for a way to charge us extra but they wont take responsibility for their mistake. Really not much of a complainer at all and genuinely a low maintenance tenant, but this has to be the worst management I've ever dealt with. As someone who was in property management for years, I don't understand how this even happens. Was ignored for almost a month straight after letting management know I was ending my month-to-month lease (and signing the required paperwork). Decent starter apartments lots of car break ins but some cool neighbors , my first apartment had a neighbor who would smoke cigs inside her apartment and made our whole unit smokey and we contacted the apartments multiple times in regards to the situation .. not the greatest especially with a new born.. nothing was done until i walked into the actual office then they said we could fill out another application and pay another deposit fee and move into a different unit (exactly what i wanted to do with a new born) got into the... read more
