Horrible horrible business practices! Really disappointed and Chesapeake should be ashamed of themselves. We lived here for 2 years and the experience was mediocre. But the move out is what caused this review. There was no legitimate walk through provided, nothing written down or documented by staff as they should have, and we were told evervthing looked fine. The neighborhood is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and the property is very clean and well-maintained. They offer several parking options, including first-come, first-served parking, reserved parking, and covered parking, all at very affordable rates. I also had a wonderful experience working with Andrea throughout the entire leasing process. She was pleasant, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I’ve lived here for over a year now and love the community here. I’ve been made felt very comfortable here living on my own from the help of Andrea, David, Joe, Lorenzie, and Ray! They’re all very kind and helpful and they do their best to help me with anything I need:)
I’m a new tenant and I’m absolutely in love with the way they handle business.The lady Andrea is exceptionally helpful and down to earth.She really takes some of the stress of moving away.I really appreciate how welcoming she is.The whole leasing team are warm and welcoming.The guy David was also helpful.Im truly happy to now call this my new home.
