Chesapeake Caregivers is TOP tier. Sam came over and did a detailed intake with my mom. The comforting part was my mother was made to feel part of the process, she felt heard and with that found the perfect caregiver, who we consider a friend. The peace of mind knowing that there was someone in the home helping with my elderly mother with such care and compassion is priceless. Highly recommend Chesapeake Caregivers.
This is an excellent company. They really care sincerely about their clients and work closely with everyone involved to make sure all of your needs are met. They are always available if you have an issue or emergency.
Our feelings over several years of caring for our parents was that CCG were professional, caring, adaptable and open. As our parents needs changed so did CCG's care. It was not service it was care. I was able to communicate regularly about billing, provider scheduling, transport etc. CCG worked with us through Activities of Living, Palliative Care and ultimately Hospice. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve recommended Chesapeake Caregivers to many families.
The caretakers took wonderful care of my mother from the start to the end. They became more like family and everyone at the office has been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them.
