I recently had my car washed here. During the wash cycle the equipment shut down. I sat for 10 minutes. After it started I exited but my car was not properly rinsed or dried. I went back the next day as there was soap stains all over my car. The owner refused to wax the car and remove the damage caused by the faulty wash. She implied I was scamming her for a free detail job!!! This is not how you run a business. I had to take it to Annapolis Car Wash to have it waxed. THEY did an excellent job!

Amy— Again, we apologize that our tunnel shut down and you had to wait a period of time. Unfortunately, technology is not always the best. It was offered to refund your wash due to the inconvenience. You brought this to our attention a few days later, after going to another car wash. We re-washed your vehicle for you. It is impossible for our soaps to cause the damage that is on the hood of your vehicle. It would be on your entire vehicle even if it was from soap.
