Dr. Ward is the best orthopedic doctor! He listens and treats me with respect. I’ve been a patient for years and recommend him highly! When you enter the office the staff always greets you with a smile!
Dr ward’s office is very unprofessional give them insurance information and didn’t even charge my insurance wait 2 years then they sue you. I got a major surgery exactly a year later with another orthopedic at the same hospital, dr Curley who is amazing and they filed everything correctly and insurance went through service was paid no problem. Be very careful with this office very scammy ! Wouldn’t take my worst enemy there for all the hoops I have to go through better off somewhere else!
Not very often do you come across a doctor and staff like Dr. Ward and his crew! My husband fell and crushed his femur a year ago. Crushed! He was taken to the hospital and the doctor available was Dr. Ward. He was so calming and graciously explained everything in great detail. He even illustrated on paper so that I could get a visual of the damage on my husband's femur. Dr Ward and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I had serious injuries following a car crash, and three surgeries. Each office visit was pleasant, and everyone went out of their way to make it as stress-free as possible. Thanks to his hard work, I have almost full mobility again, which I never thought was possible. I can't recommend this office enough.
Dr. Ward was extremely professional with a humorous bed side manner. He was transparent with the information he gave me concerning the severity of my injury. My healing was flawless and I felt extremely supported by Dr. Ward and his staff from start to finish. I highly recommend him.
