Wonderful staff and excellent instruction! I can't believe how quickly my son has progressed here! I could not recommend them more. The peace of mind from knowing your child is safe around water is priceless!
We have our little guy who is 2 years old in private lessons with Victoria and it is the highlight of his week! He loves working with both Melissa and Victoria and feels so comfortable with them and being in the water now. They both do such a great job acclimating him to being in the water, getting him comfortable with his face being wet, blowing bubbles to learn how to safely go under the water, how to jump in, how to safely climb out of the pool, float on his back, and the basics to learning swim strokes. My daughter has taken swim lessons since she was four years old every summer for the last 4 years with a different swim program.This summers lessons with Victoria at CBDhas made her a more confident learner and student. I've seen progress in such a short period of time.The instruction that's been taught to my daughter has enabled her to implement it in her personal swim time. Literally had the best experience ever training here on how to float, tread, and swim.. my amazing trainer made me feel so comfortable and confident, I loved every part of jumping in that water and believing that I was made for this! The same day of my last training I went straight to the YMCA and did things I wasn't thinking about doing during training and once I tried it I did it first try using every technique I was taught! I can swim backwards, forward, float, tread.. swim underwater and even above without my head under!... read more
I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Dive and Swim for swim lessons! Melissa did private lessons for both of my kids for over a year, and it was the best experience. Their coaches are knowledgeable and adapt their approaches to meet the needs of each child. They also make sure the times of the lessons work with your own schedule. My daughter made amazing progress with Melissa as her coach!
