NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES. They are rude, impatient, and have no regard for the feelings of the families they are SUPPOSED to take care of. If you come across this place, RUN! Do not spend money with them you will not be happy. These people are extremely insensitive and are not helpful at all.
I would give zero stars if that were an option. My family used Maryland Cremation Services after the loss of my brother, and unfortunately, our experience was awful from start to finish. During one of the most difficult and vulnerable times a family can go through, we were met with rudeness, short responses, impatience, and a complete lack of empathy. Incredibly efficient, kind, and respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
My Dad passed away a month ago. When he passed we were informed we had 72 hours to have him picked up from the hospital. We did some research and found Maryland Cremation Services and they came highly recommended. It was a holiday weekend but Brian answered right away and immediately helped us with everything. He and the rest of the staff were great! We spoke with Ed and he let us know when our Dad was picked up and he communicated with us throughout everything.
