My Dad passed away a month ago. When he passed we were informed we had 72 hours to have him picked up from the hospital. We did some research and found Maryland Cremation Services and they came highly recommended. It was a holiday weekend but Brian answered right away and immediately helped us with everything. I had a great experience with Maryland Cremation Services. The process was seamless, and I’m grateful that this service exists and is affordable. I appreciated that the basic package includes the death certificate and a beautiful urn. The staff was responsive and always available to answer my questions or provide additional information. Brian was especially helpful. When I arrived to pick up my sister’s cremains, he came out personally to greet me and answer a lingering question. Incredibly rude. Actually hung up on me when I said I couldn’t find their email address. Claimed they never received our request for services, which takes hours to complete.
My fiancée recently passed and I decided to go with Maryland Cremation Services. They are the best. I worked with Ed and Chris they were so pleasant to work with. If I ever need Cremation Services again I will definitely work with them in the future. They make the entire process so easy. Thanks Ed and Chris so much for everything and taking care of my loved one.
