Tyrone was great he explained everything so I could understand it and he was honest about everything I will be coming back to him from now on for everything.
Literally the best place I've ever been! They have the best prices and Tyrone is super helpful, if you need anything done I would go here in a heartbeat!
Tyrone is freaking AWESOME!!!! He goes ABOVE and BEYOND for us every time we need help! Today my car would not start. I had to use my partners car to get to work in DC, Tyrone was generous enough to come to my house to inspect the issue, test and jump the battery for me and then fixed the issue. If it weren't for him I don't know WHAT I would do!!

Every time I'm in a jam Tyrone and the folks over at Chesapeake Auto always help me out in best fashion. Talk about going beyond for the customer. Whether that's searching or traveling to find a part or talking through various options for a problem I may be having with my vehicle; I always feel like they truly care and that I've left feeling confident in the work that was done on my car. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
Tyrone was exceptional when dealing with a hole in my tire. Fit me in right away, and explained things so I understood them. I was faithful to another repair shop in Centreville (won't say any names) but they couldn't get me in for days at a time and prices were outrageous! I will continue my service here. Thank you!
Shout out to Tyrone, owner of Chesapeake Auto Repair Service, for excellent customer service. I had my car towed there expecting a long wait since I did not have an appointment. Tyrone immediately looked at my car and fortunately for me quickly repaired the problem. He explained what caused the problem and could not have been more pleasant. Nice to know there is a trustworthy business/mechanic to turn to in Centreville.
Very professional and honest. Clean shop with a lot of knowledge. Highly recommend.
