A huge shout out (and very high recommendation) to Chesapeake Auto Repair in Owings! Last Wednesday when my daughter and I were on our way to the MD State Fair in Timonium trailering my daughter’s pony, an accident was happening ahead of us. Needless to say, everyone ahead of us jammed/stood on brakes to avoid more collisions. Had a transmission replaced here on a 2001 Nissan Altima. This company is so easy to work with especially in regards to communication on Facebook which is one of the reasons why I went with them (besides great reviews). I didn’t even have to call to set up an appointment or receive a quote, just a simple Facebook message and I received a response back within minutes at 9pm! Fantastic place to get your car serviced. Mechanics are very experienced from everyday maintenance to full transmission rebuilds. The Staff is friendly, honest and well organized.

Shout out to Tyrone for excellent customer service. I had my car towed there expecting a long wait since I did not have an appointment. Tyrone made the time to look at my car immediately and fortunately for me took care of the repair quickly. He explained the problem and could not have been more pleasant. Nice to know there is a trustworthy business/mechanic to turn to.
