When asked why my dog's insulin was not filled, the answer was simply. Well, I could have checked what dosage he needed myself in the system... but since it's a Saturday I didn't want to. Very professional 10/10 would recommend paying absurd amounts of money for this industry leading professionalism and 'care'.
We've been going to Chesapeake Animal Hospital for over 10 years for our two dogs that passed away as well as our current three dogs. What I've seen is the price has steadily increased to a point where we can no longer afford to go to this practice. Their pricing is double if not triple in some categories. I have a beagle who requires insulin and I've asked multiple times for them to change him from vetsulin to novolin because the price is literally double.
