Received a bill in the mail because my insurance denied the claim due to the fact my social was wrong. Made a call on 6/13 with the CORRECT social to the female over the phone who stated she needed the referral authorization number again. Called this morning (6/14) and had to give (Jane) the female from yesterday the same information again PLUS the authorization number again SINCE the number is good until September!! Horrible service. Can’t get anyone in the billing dept that speaks English. Called multiple times to update insurance info but still get letters from collectors

Received a bill in the mail because they billed the wrong insurance company which was somewhat understandable as it was the secondary insurance. I submitted multiple inquiries with instructions on which insurance to send it to through the online system listed on the bill to which I got no response. After we received an additional bill we called them and explained the situation in which the woman we spoke to got all of the insurance info, and said they would be sending the claim to the correct insurance. This company was contracted by Chesapeake Regional’s outpatient surgery center for services. I received a call from a collections agency for a bill I never received. I’ve tried several times and several different ways (email and phone) to get in touch with them to get a copy of the bill and no one has gotten back to me. Poor customer service.
