Lois Schramek took care of my mother from the time she lived in her own home through and during her time at an Assisted Living Facility. Her care was excellent and she always was accessible to answer any questions or concerns our family had. I would highly recommend her and her group of nurse practitioners.
Poor management - treated my mother without my permission. Autumn Meadows called the Nurse for their concerns to be looked at by cheaspeake, but never contacted me or got my permission. (I am my mothers guardian and they knew that) I found out when my "dementia" mother told me she had an X-ray of her chest? How does that happen? The condition had already been looked at and deemed okay by her primary care Doctor...... Cheaspeake elder call has been re-billing her insurance for almost two years!!!
