James helped get the sound working on my laptop again after struggling for weeks without it. He did troubleshooting over the phone, and gave me tips about upgrades that will probably save me lots of money and headaches in the future. I'm very grateful. We've used them before to help with backups, and I've always been impressed with their expertise and helpfulness. I highly recommend this PC shop!!!

James is GOATED, he cable managed my PC because I was too lazy, and unskilled to do it myself... I would come back here any time for any type of help!! I would marry James if I could!!
