Terrible experience! From sales to service to administration, they just don't care about the customer! Service and ownership are the worst. I had a warranty issue they refused to help with, told me to hire someone. What a joke, wish I had seen all these reviews before I did business with them.

My husband and I have been looking for a camper for years. We finally found the one we wanted listed at chesaco rv in fredrick. We were greeted by friendly faces. Chara was our sales rep and she helped us buy the camper we love with no problems at all. We financed through chesaco with a better interest rate than our bank was offering as well. From start to finish they made our camper purchase an awesome experience. Thank you chesaco rv staff.
We purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River Rockwood from Chesaco at the Hershey RV Show in 2021. Of course the model we wanted was not immediately available and had to be built at the manufacturing plant in Indiana. We specified we wanted our trailer delivered to Chesaco in Hamburg. We had no communication with Chesaco during the time we were waiting for it to be built until I contacted them several months later to find out if there was any news. My husband and I purchased a motorhome at the Gambrills location. Kenny Main, Tom Alexander and James Chevas were great gentlemen to work with. They were very polite and helpful. We purchased a 2023 motorhome and changed our minds and purchased a 2022. All three men were patient and made the change go very smoothly. I would recommend Gambrills location to anyone that is looking to purchase a motorhome.
Don't buy from Chesao. Long story short. They don't stand behind their sales. On our so called walk through, we noticed some things that were broken, The black water tank was full of s#$t, the TV/DVD did not work, and jacks needed a new motor, told us awning had a tear. Nothing was fixed. We requested a second walk through wich we never got. The camper was delivered to the perminent spot without us knowing. It sat there 4 days until we found out it was there. Now they will not fix anything.
