I am retired and was looking for somewhere inexpensive but yet nice to stay, I looked for almost a month to find somewhere that I could afford, that was close to transportation and in the down town area. After looking at several different places, some of which were very very poorly kept I finally stumbled upon this little place. There prices are quite inexpensive and exactly what I needed. So I have lived here for about almost eight months now me and my boyfriend.No there is no bugs maybe unclean people bring them with them from coming from other places. It is small I stay in one of the efficiency studios that would be considered the motel part of the property and it is small but what do you expect in such case that u are renting a motel i have been to i believe every weekly place down tow n reno and this is by far the most well kepy clean safe quiet enjoyable place i have ever stayed. This is a very clean and quite place to stay, very affordable and the staff will bend over backwards to help you any way they can. Most of the rooms have been totally remodelled and are in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend Cheryl's for anyone looking for a room for the night to long term residence in one of there 1 room apartments.
I have been a tenant here for the last 5 years, I am on disability and needed to find cheap place to stay that was not full of a bunch of alcoholics. Thankfully I found Cheryl's! This place is so clean and quite I almost forget that I am in down-town, Most of the people that stay here keep to themselves and there is little to no problems with anything.
