I had a wonderful experience with Cheryll. Coming into first hypnosis experience, everything was new for me. I felt safe and comfortable for my hypnotherapy session, exploring past life regression therapy. Cheryll did an amazing job at explaining everything beforehand so that I knew what to expect. I think if you haven't tried hypnosis before and curious about it, Cheryll would be a perfect guide.
My experience was awesome Cheryll was so calming and easy to talk too. She puts you right at ease. I asked her to help me stop smoking and she didn’t make me feel like a terrible person who “smoked”. It has been almost 3 weeks and I can honestly say it works. Thank you for helping me.

I’ve had talk therapy and CBT focused therapy as well but I wanted to give hypnotherapy a try for a transcendental experience.
