She has been my family Dr for 2 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any DR. She is judgmental, critical, rolls her eyes at you, doesn't listen, and walks out without letting you she is done and leaves you waiting for 20 minutes until her assist realizes you are still there. If you go to her about your medication prescriptions getting refilled that are expiring soon, -it isn't going to happen. find another Dr. that cares.

Ive had 4 or 5 visits & have to remind her of my important family history every time (not sure why she never documented it). During one visit I waited about 30 minutes for a blood draw only to find out the phlebotomist used my information label on someone else's blood. Though that is not the fault of the doctor, it has impacted my decision to find a new provider. She doesn't really seem to care, her assistant is very rude, and good luck trying to get your prescriptions refilled.

Dr. Cutlip is very sweet and easy to talk to. But you need more than that to be a good doctor. Everything for her is "normal" and she only digs into something if you push her. I had a lump in my forearm which she said was nothing. Six months later I had surgery to remove a tumor the size of a lime that left permanent nerve damage and loss of hand functionality. I hurt my feet and I work 10 hours a day stand up and stowing, she gave me a note just for two days of absence, I requested more 2 days for I have time to heal and she said she will not change the note. Really rude!

I love Dr Cutlip! I was seeing her for 8 years but switched shifts and went to some else for a year. Big mistake. I went back. I will never switch again.

Dr. Cutlip is very nice, however my visits have felt extremely rushed every time I go there. I never seem to get all of my questions answered. She leaves the room after 5 minutes to order labs and testing and then does not come back, instead she sends in her MA to give me results or send me away. Not to mention her MA is EXTREMELY rude. She comes off as cold and uncaring, and does not get my referrals put in. She makes me feeI anxious and uneasy and as if I am a burden. This is definitely the worst physician I have ever seen. She is impatient and dismissive and can’t be bothered to answer questions. I had to see a second physician somewhere else to get interpretation of my test results and a treatment plan. Also, her medical assistant is incredibly rude so the whole culture of this practice seems to be quite toxic. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
