Ryan Smith is a Liar, and not a nice person. The realtor at Seville Square Realty never had his money and your not a single father if you have a wife, I am even suspect of the hard working comment, but I have no personal knowledge so I can’t comment beyond my suspicion. He backed out of a home purchase on the day of closing and then thought he should get his earnest money back, long after the inspection period closed and the property appraised. Horrible terrible broker. Heartless and dishonest. Trying to keep a single hardworking fathers hard earned earnest money deposit when issues were found with a home I was trying to purchase. Don’t bring them your business...
