Cheryl is excellent with EMDR. I went to her in 2018 for about five months and EMDR helped so much! Cheryl was also not afraid to call me out on some of my thinking processes where appropriate and teach me new coping skills as well. She was compassionate and felt like a real friend to me. I highly recommend her. She is worth the wait. She does go through her wait list and call you when she has openings.
