Cheryl made our house purchase easy even though we were out of state for most of the time. We initially met via phone and did a remote house tour with Frank. I had a great experience working with Cheryl on my home purchase. She was always very communicative and I got a lot of value from her experience as a realtor and real estate investor. I also really appreciated her son/partner Frank helping me move some furniture before I had made any friends in my new town.

Cheryl was a true professional from our opening discussion regarding the sale of the property until we closed escrow. She handled everything in a timely manner and always made certain that she kept in communication with us. Selling a property is a stressful experience, but Cheryl made it seem easy.
