Cheryl was awesome. Very caring individual, extremely patient, above the board and always helpful.
My wife and I closed on a house yesterday in Georgetown. Cheryl and Jeff put my loan together. Two requirements for a mortgage lender. First is they need to have a strong back end. The local contacts don't ever actually float the mortgage, they assemble the information and submit it to the underwriter who in this case is SWBC in Houston. Secondly they have to be able to understand the input information and get it assembled in the right way to forward it.
